To make spicy chicken, we need to marinate the chicken so it can absorb spices. To do that, one of the best ways is to prepare a mixture of spices with yogurt and marinate the chicken with it.
What goes with the spicy chicken could be mashed potato, Roasted Broccoli, Mint Yogurt, Peri-Peri Sauce.
Further, you can use the chicken strips to make a sandwich or burger.

Ingredients:
- 1.2 Kg Skinless Chicken Pieces
- 1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt
- 3 Tablespoon Turmeric Powder
- 2 Tablespoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Coriander
- 1 Tablespoon Cumin Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Salt (Or to taste)
- 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- Cooking Oil as required
Instructions:
- In a bowl add yogurt and all spices, then mix well
- Check the mixture for taste and add seasoning to taste or add more yogurt if required
- Place the chicken in a big bowl, pour in the marinade
- Ensure that the chicken is properly marinated then cover and refrigerate for 20 min
- Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat
- Fry marinated drumsticks 2 at a time until golden brown from all sides
- Repeat for all the chicken pieces
