Start your day with a healthy breakfast that will keep your energy high most of the day. Its quick and easy to make, you don't need to do a lot of preparation for it.
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cooking oil or butter
- 6 slices bread
- 2 Tablespoon Sugar
Instructions:
- Beat the eggs then add milk and sugar to it. Mix them well.
- Heat frying pan on medium heat, add some oil.
- Cover the slice in the mixture on both sides, but don't dip it for long so bread doesn't become soggy.
- Once the bread is properly covered place it on the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Repeat above for all slices.
Serve with hot cup of coffee.
