Egg Fried Rice Recipe

One of the most popular chinese dish that is full of vitamins and proteins. Combined with different sauces it tastes absolutely great.

Here is how to make Chinese egg fried rice:

Ingredients:

  • 300g Pakistani Rice

  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 1 Onion , finely chopped

  • 4 Eggs, beaten

  • 2 Onions, sliced, to serve


Instructions:


1. Boil the Rice and set aside to let the steam off (see how to boil rice)
2. Heat cooking oil in a large pan on high heat, then add fine chopped onions and fry until they are golden brown.

3. Add the boiled rice to the pan, stir for about 3 mins, then move rice to one side of the pan.

4. Add some more oil to the pan and add beaten eggs, combine the rice with eggs at the same time stir quickly so the rice grains are fully covered while the eggs are raw

5. Keep stirring for few minutes or until the eggs are cooked


Our egg fried rice is cooked and ready to serve with some chopped spring onions.
