Cheese Omelette
Prepare a great starting meal of the day with cheese and eggs. This is a high energy meal to keep you going for a long time without feeling hungry.
As we know eggs are a great source of protein, it builds and repairs muscles whereas cheese is a great source of Calcium, Vitamin A, D and Magnesium. Have this omelet with whole wheat bread and chopped tomatoes for balanced nutrition.
Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese grated
- 3-4 Tsp Olive Oil
- 1 Bell Pepper (Optional)
- Coriander Leaves (optional)
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan on medium
- Beat the eggs in a bowl
- Empty the bowl in the hot oil
- Add the grated cheese on top of the egg, spread it evenly
- let the egg cook until golden brown color on both sides
Our cheese omelet is ready to be served with whole wheat bread, fresh tomatoes, hot cup of tea.
