Start your day with a healthy breakfast that will keep your energy high most of the day. Its quick and easy to make, you don't need to do a lot of preparation for it.

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil or butter
  • 6 slices bread
  • 2 Tablespoon Sugar

Instructions:

  1. Beat the eggs then add milk and sugar to it. Mix them well.
  2. Heat frying pan on medium heat, add some oil.
  3. Cover the slice in the mixture on both sides, but don't dip it for long so bread doesn't become soggy.
  4. Once the bread is properly covered place it on the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Repeat above for all slices.
Serve with hot cup of coffee.
