Salsa verde (Italian beaf steak sauce)
This sauce can be ready in 15 minutes as a dip to add flavor to your favorite food.
It requires no cookig.
Ingredients:
- Small bunch Parsley
- Small bunch of Chives or green onion
- Small bunch Mint
- 30g Capers
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 Lemon
- 3 Tsp olive Oil
Instructions:
- Chop Parsley,chives,mint bunches into small pieces
- Mix with mashed garlic clove and olive oil
- Mix well and season to taste
The sauce is ready.
