Salsa verde (Italian beaf steak sauce)


This sauce can be ready in 15 minutes as a dip to add flavor to your favorite food.
It requires no cookig. 

Ingredients:

  • Small bunch Parsley
  • Small bunch of Chives or green onion
  • Small bunch Mint
  • 30g Capers
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 Lemon
  • 3 Tsp olive Oil

Instructions:

  1. Chop Parsley,chives,mint bunches into small pieces
  2. Mix with mashed garlic clove and olive oil
  3. Mix well and season to taste

The sauce is ready.
