Cheese Omelette


Prepare a great starting meal of the day with cheese and eggs. This is a high energy meal to keep you going for a long time without feeling hungry. 

As we know eggs are a great source of protein, it builds and repairs muscles whereas cheese is a great source of Calcium, Vitamin A, D and Magnesium. Have this omelet with whole wheat bread and chopped tomatoes for balanced nutrition.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese grated
  • 3-4 Tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Bell Pepper (Optional)
  • Coriander Leaves (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan on medium
  2. Beat the eggs in a bowl
  3. Empty the bowl in the hot oil
  4. Add the grated cheese on top of the egg, spread it evenly
  5. let the egg cook until golden brown color on both sides
Our cheese omelet is ready to be served with whole wheat bread, fresh tomatoes, hot cup of tea.
