Chicken Fajita Recipe

A super healthy dish full of vitamins, minerals and proteins prepared superfast. This should be a part of our regular diet with different variations. One of them is explained below.

Ingredients



1/2 kg Chicken breast (cut in strips)
1 onion fine chopped
2-3 bell peppers
1/2 cup Olive oil
1 Lemon

Fajita Spices (Quantity varies to your liking)
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 tablespoon pepper


Directions:

1) Add the fajita Spices to a bowl and mix them well.

2) Add the chicken strips to the spices bowl coat them well with spices, leave it for half hour approx.

3) Heat the oil over medium heat, in a large skillet. Fry the chicken the take out of the pan and let it rest for a couple of minutes

4) Cut the bell peppers and onion into thin slices. Add any other vegetables that you like.

5) Saute the bell peppers and onion in the skillet for 4-5 minutes on medium heat, frequently stir them

6) Same time add the chicken strips to the skillet, squeeze lemon juice on it and mix well. 

IT'S READY!!! Serve hot.
