Make the lovely pan cake breakfast with this quick and easy recipe. 
Pancakes taste great with honey and yogurt together which are best add on. 
You can enjoy them with maple syrup, although they have lots of sugary content containing refined sugar which adds obesity, therefore not recommended for daily breakfast. On the other hand, natural honey and yogurt are best diet supplements.

To make extra fluffy pancakes you may use self raising flour. To make self raising flour at home, you'll need yeast. Add a tablespoon of yeast to a warm cup of water for 10 minutes then add to the flour before starting the below cooking method.


Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Flour (Explained above for fluffy pancakes)
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 Cup butter (for frying)

Instructions:

  1. In a big bowl add flour, milk, salt and egg then mix well
  2. Heat Pan on medium heat and put some butter in it
  3. With a large spoon take some batter from the bowl and pour in hot pan
  4. Fry the pan cake on both sides until golden brown on both sides
  5. Pan cakes are ready to be served with honey or syrup of your liking

Enjoy with coffee or tea.
